This website is operated by FilipinaCare, a private household staffing consultancy based in Spain. We help private households identify, vet, and place household staff.

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit our Private Intake form. The information collected may include:

• Location (city or region in Spain)
• Role type requested
• Preferred start date and working arrangement
• Household size and language requirements
• Budget range (optional)
• Confidential notes you choose to provide
• Your preferred contact method and contact details

We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. No third-party tracking scripts are active on this site.

3. Why We Collect It

The information submitted via the intake form is used solely for the purpose of evaluating your household staffing requirements and initiating a private consultation.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose beyond the staffing placement process.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the intake form, and in pursuit of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@filipinacare.es.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your information only for as long as is necessary to conduct the placement process or respond to your enquiry. If no engagement proceeds, data is deleted within 90 days of last contact.

You may request deletion at any time. See Section 7.

6. Who Has Access to Your Data

Your data is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties, except where strictly necessary for service delivery:

• IONOS — website hosting provider (Spain/EU infrastructure)
• Google Workspace — email communication

Both providers operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

7. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at aepd.es

8. Security
